Mizuchi is a large dinosaur frozen near the heart of the Ice Room. Even though he is found near the end of the game, Mizuchi is surprisingly easy to beat. Keep attacking him, and when it shows that he is not blocking it, use brush techniques to attack him. When he is stunned, a large icicle will appear above his head. Power Slash it so he can't move. Now run to the end of the fighting arena and you'll see there's a cannon there. Put Manpuku in it, which will fire him toward Mizuchi after lightning the fuse. Somewhere around the middle of the fight, Mizuchi will start putting up ice walls in front of him. If you don't use Inferno to melt it, the attack will have no effect.
